FlyerAlerte is a grocery flyer comparison platform that allows you to:

• Browse and compare prices from your favourite grocery store flyers;
• Create and manage a personalized selection;
• Receive a weekly summary of the best deals based on your selected categories;
• Identify which store offers the best value for your next grocery run.

Price and promotion information is sourced from publicly available materials (retailer flyers) and is provided for informational purposes only. FlyerAlerte does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of displayed prices. Actual prices may vary in-store. We encourage you to verify prices directly with retailers before making purchases.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

1. Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information upon registration;
2. Keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties;
3. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account;
4. Be responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

You may sign in using an email address and password, or via Google. If you choose a third-party login, you also agree to that provider's terms of service.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms or has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months, following email notice.

FlyerAlerte offers free access as well as paid plan options with additional features. By subscribing to a paid plan:

1. You authorize FlyerAlerte to charge your payment method for the selected plan amount at the stated frequency (monthly or annual);
2. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date;
3. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a secure payment service provider. FlyerAlerte does not store your credit card information;
4. You may cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, plan fees are non-refundable. For billing errors, please contact us at support@flyeralerte.ca within 30 days of the transaction.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

1. Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
2. Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' data;
3. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent;
4. Post or transmit defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content;
5. Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Service without written authorization;
6. Disrupt or attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without prejudice to any legal remedies we may pursue.

The Service, its original content, features, and appearance are and will remain the exclusive property of FlyerAlerte and its licensors, protected under Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Data sourced from retailer flyers remains the property of their respective owners. FlyerAlerte aggregates this information for comparison purposes in accordance with fair use practices. For copyright inquiries, contact us at support@flyeralerte.ca.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. FlyerAlerte does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free;
• Prices and promotions displayed are accurate, current, or available in-store;
• Results obtained through the Service will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlyerAlerte and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

FlyerAlerte's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@flyeralerte.ca. Termination will result in the deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
