FlyerAlerte is a price comparison and grocery planning platform allowing users to browse flyers, compare prices, and create personalized carts.

FlyerAlerte does not use any automated decision-making process producing legal or significant effects on users.
Comparisons and recommendations are based on general rules and public data.

FlyerAlerte implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including:

• Secure hosting
• Encryption of communications (SSL/TLS)
• Limitation of administrative access

As no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, FlyerAlerte cannot guarantee absolute security, but commits to applying recognized best practices.

FlyerAlerte maintains a privacy incident register in accordance with the law.
In the event of an incident presenting a serious risk of harm, the individuals concerned will be notified as soon as possible, along with the competent authorities when required.

FlyerAlerte is not intended for children under 14 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 years of age.
